I have taken admission at VIT University for B.Tech Program recently. Now I have to submit Affidavit by Student and Affidavit for Hostel. So can you provide application form for both Affidavits required by VIT University?

NOTE: 4 Times in a month, 6 Hour long outing (within Vellore limits) is permitted
only during weekends and Holidays with prior approval.
