AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test. AFCAT are conducted twice a year (in the month of February and August). Eligibility Criteria: MALE: Flying Branch Age: 20 to 24 years Educational Qualifications: Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university who have attained minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have passed Maths and Physics at 10+2 level Technical Branch : Age: 20 to 26 years For Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics): Candidate complete minimum of four year degree qualification from a recognized university or Cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate membership examination of the institute of electronics and telecommunication engineers by actual studies For Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical): Candidate complete minimum of four year degree qualification from a recognized university or Cleared Section A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India by actual studies Ground Duty Branch : Age: 20 to 26 years Administration and Logistics: Graduate Degree Accounts: Graduate Degree in Commerce (B.Com) Education: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline |
