IAF conducts recruitment exam so as to inspect abilities and skills of applicants. Those who get qualified in Written Entrance Test will undergo following stages:

Stage-I:

It consists of Intelligence Test which is a screening test. Those who get shortlisted under it will appear for further rounds.

Stage-II:

This stage comprise Psychological test, Group Tests and Interview to be held on succeeding 4 days.

For Flying Branch:

Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) would be undertaken for eligible contenders.
