Can you please tell me is that boys are preferred more than girls for Aeronautical Engineering placements?

The preference for aeronautical placement for boys is 60% and for girls is 40%

It is because of physical, mental and Mechanical Strength in boys is more than the girls.

Girls also get a job in companies based on their
Technical skills,
Communication skills,
Design skills and
General Knowledge

But the job which is related to physical like mechanical work in these job boys will be preferred

There are many posts for Aeronautical engineers which are suitable for girls like
Graduate Engineer Trainees,
Junior Engineers,
Assistant Technical Officers,
Consultants,
Systems Engineer,
Aerospace Designer Checker etc

Girls can find jobs in these areas like
Airline Services,
Aircraft-Manufacturing Units,
Defence Research Laboratories,
Civil Aviation Departments,
Software Design,
Education Institutes,
Armed Forces
