Advantages of IPS First of all, a police can meet variety people or things. If you are the people who very easy to boring, to be a police would be a good choice to you. Every single day a police shows up, he don’t know what’s going to happen. Secondly, that is an exciting job also. You will meet lots of challenge in your job experience. Finally, Police will do good things in the community. They will obtain people’s respect. Disadvantages First of all, that is a dangerous job. Secondly, you will work long hours. Even some off-duty days, people who know you are police, they would ask you for help. Thirdly, that is a thankless job. To protect people is your duty, so you often put your own safe back of you mind. However, nobody will thank you, because everybody think that is your duty. Finally, the rising crime rate is another disadvantage of being a policeman.
