Admit Card of RRB Malda

I got official notice for admit cards of Junior Section Engineer Examination conducted by RRB Malda. in that notice there is mentioned that the admit card will be sent to the residential address of candidates. So I am waiting for my admit card. Pls tell me is there any other process to get admit card for Junior section Engineer Examination of RRB Malda?
