Admit card for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering GATE will be available on 17th Dec, 2014. here I am giving you some important dates related to GATE exam: GATE 2015 Important Dates Start of application process: September 1, 2014 Last date for submission of online application: October 1, 2014 Last date for request for change in the choice of examination city: November 21, 2014 Availability of admit card: December 17, 2014 GATE 2015 online examination: January 31, 2015 to February 14, 2015 Announcement of results: March 12, 2015 Date of Notification and Start of application process: 1st Sep, 2014 Last Date for submission of online application: 1st Oct, 2014 Last Date for request for change in the Choice of Exam city: 21st Nov, 2014 Availability of Admit card: 17th Dec, 2014 Date of Exam 31st Jan, 2015 to 14th Feb, 2015 Date of Result 12th Mar, 2015 GATE 2014 was held on Between 1st Feb, 2014 to 2nd Mar, 2014 GATE Exam Syllabus Gate 2015 syllabus consists of: General Aptitude (GA) component common in all papers Verbal Ability: English grammar, sentence completion, verbal analogies, word groups, instructions, critical reasoning. Engineering:- Question will be from the relevant subject of the trade. GATE Exam Pattern Papers with the codes AE, AG, BT, CE, CH, CS, EC, EE, IN, ME, MN, MT, PI, TF and XE will have the following pattern: Engineering Mathematics will carry around 15 per cent of the total marks. General Aptitude section will carry 15 per cent of the total marks. The remaining 70 per cent of the total marks is devoted to the subject of the paper.
