Admission for Summer Internship in IIT

I am a B.Tech Civil engineering 3rd student, am I eligible for taking admission for Summer Internship in IIT Bombay ?

Eligibility

Students who are graduate in Computer Science and Engineering, IT, or Electronics can eligible for doing that.

Candidates who are appearing for 3rd year examination can also apply for this.

Students with experience in programming will also be eligible.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the bases of their academic performance in their college or university.

Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) conducts the summer internship research program aimed at building strong ties with other institutions through research at IITGN.

Eligibility:

Applicants pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a prominent institution in India.

Duration:

At least 6 weeks within summer break of IITGN (

Summer Break at IITGN: May 1 – July 10, 2015).

Provisions for student interns:
Free accommodation; candidates are required to pay for their own food/mess charges.

Weekly stipend of Rs. 1000/-

Requirements:
Applicants are required to work with an IITGN faculty.

Applicants will be required to make a presentation to the institute and submit a report at the end of the tenure.

Applicants may apply for internship based on their interests and prior experience
