Admission in SRM University with 1942 Rank in Entrance

Can you tell me if I can get admission after scoring 1942 rank in SRM entrance in SRM University or not?

Marks obtained in SRMEEE 2013 Expected Rank Range

Above 250 Below 2000

230 – 250 2001 – 5000

200 – 229 5001 – 9000

170 – 199 9001 – 13000

150 – 169 13001 – 15000

130 – 149 15001 – 17000

Less than 130 Above 17000


SRMEEE, or Sri Ramaswamy Engineering Entrance Examination which is conducted for admissions in different fields of graduation or post graduation courses such as BE, Btech, Mtech, MBA, MBBS, and MCA, ME in the SRM University.

SRMEEE cut off is the minimum score that must be obtained to qualify it and to be included in the final merit list for all exam qualified candidates.

The last rank to be included in merit list will be the rank corresponding to this cutoff score and will be called as Cutoff Rank.

The cut off is different for all the categories and hence the category – wise merit list is generated as per the respective cutoffs.

Eligibility Criteria of SRMEEE

Nationality
Indian citizen who have completed last two years of school from India only

Qualifying Examination
Passed out Class XII or equivalent exam with minimum aggregate of 70% in the P.C.M. stream

Subject Combination
For B.Tech degree program one must have Physics, Math, Chemistry.

SRM University (Sri Ramaswamy Memorial University) is a co-educational private university in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. It was established in 1985 as SRM Engineering College in Kattankulathur, under University of Madras.

Now it has four campuses in Tamil Nadu—Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, Vadapalani and Tiruchirapalli—and three in the rest of India such as Modinagar near Delhi, Sonepat in Haryana and Gangtok in Sikkim.
