Yes definitely you can do it because it require graduation degree in any stream and you have completed your B.Tech which is also a graduation degree but here I am giving you advice that if you done a B.Tech then you can opt something related to your filed.
If you do a LLB than it may difficult for you
But you have to do whatever you want

Here I am giving you the LLB Admission procedure for admission in Government Law College, Mumbai

Eligibility

Bachelor Degree in any stream with 45% marks
Reserved category can have 5% relaxation
Admissions will be on the basis of candidate’s academic performance.
