Eligibility:
Applicants must have Minimum 50 percent marks in Graduation and applicants who are appearing in Final Year Graduation Examination (1st attempt) in Summer 2015 can also apply.

Selection process:
Selection will be base on Group Discussion / Personal Interview & Write-up rounds

(a) In order to be called for GD&PI for admission to PGDM & PGDM (IB), an applicant must have a valid CAT (Score card of CAT 2014) or valid GMAT score.

(b) In order to be called for GD and PI for admission to PGDM (RM) & PGDM (IBM) an applicant must have valid CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT score.

The PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) Program offered by BIMTECH (Birla Institute of Management Technology) has demonstrated its excellence in fulfilling its objectives to the Business and Social community in education, research and consultancy, in all the functional areas of management.

The Programme strives to train students to be capable executives equipped with the skills and knowledge of management and also nurture them to be good human beings.


Selection Procedure 2020


STEP I- APPLICATION

Application form is available on website

Filling up the application form

Application form can be filled online followed by paying Rs. 2000/- through Credit/ Debit Card.


STEP II- SELECTION PROCESS, VENUE & DOCUMENT VERIFICATION


The second stage is of Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).

To avoid possible overlapping of selection process, it intended to invite majority of the applicants who apply on or before December 2nd, 2019 based on their profile as judged from:

Consistency and good past academic performance
Relevant work experience (if any) that brings value to the class room learning

Candidates need to update their entrance test percentiles (CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT) in the online application form after the same is declared for preparation of final selection list based on merit.


Document Verification:

One should submit a self attested photocopy of each of the following documents at the time of the selection process failing which his/her candidature will be rejected:

Mark list of Class X
Mark List of Class XII
Mark List of Graduation (all years/ semesters)
Score card of CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT /MAT whichever applicable
Work Experience certificate (if applicable) from a registered company having turnover of Rs. 50 Crores or more in the preceding financial year i.e. 2018-19. The work experience should be in executive or supervisory role for a minimum period of one year as on 31/01/2020.
Corporate sponsorship certificate (if applicable)
NRI/NRI sponsorship documents (if applicable) as prescribed
Domicile Certificate from Competent Authority (if applicable)
Proof of Nationality for International student


STEP III- RESULT

Declaration of Final Selection List:
Final selection list is prepared taking into account the candidate’s:

Past academic performance
Entrance test scores (CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT)
Performance in Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test based on their respective weightages
Work Experience (if applicable)
Other parameters, wherever applicable
Final Selection List would be declared by last week of March 2020 (tentative)



STEP IV- ADMISSION

Fee Submission:
The selected candidates are to deposit the first instalment of tuition fee within the given time frame in the offer letter to ensure their admission, failing which the offer is passed on to the waitlisted candidates.
The fee for boarding/lodging would be given separately at a later date.


Beginning of Session
Academic session of all the programmes is likely to start on Monday, June 15, 2020 (tentative).
