National University of Singapore offers Masters of Science but not in ECE field, NUS offers MS in following streams:

Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering

The available areas of specialisation in M.Sc EE are as follows:

Automation and Control Engineering
Communications Engineering
Computer Engineering
Nanoelectronics
Power and Energy Systems

There are 2 types of projects
Type 1: Independent Study Modules, EE5001/ EE5002 (equivalent to one graduate module)
Type 2: EE Project, EE5003 (equivalent to two graduate modules)
