Admission In Indian Institute Of Science

I have completed 12th and want to take admission in the four-year Bachelor of Science (Research) Programme in Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore so can you please tell me details about the eligibility criteria required for admission in it?

My friend has completed B.Tech Degree from top College in Bangalore. Now he wants to take admission in M.Tech from Indian Institute of Science. Eligibility Criteria:
Hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Technology from recognized University

Admission through Bachelor degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics followed by qualifications obtained through an examination conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE.

Have a Valid GATE Score for admission in M.Tech.

Details (Registration/Roll Numbers, Paper Code /Score etc.) of GATE / CEED.
