• An attested copy of the child's birth certificate to be attached with the original form at the time of submission.

• A recent passport sized photograph to be attached in the box provided on the admission form

• A copy of student's passport information page to be attached for non- resident Indian.

• An official copy of the student's scholastic record to be attached for admissions to Grade 1 and above.

• Transfer certificate which is counter signed will have to be provided by students coming from schools and states other than Gujarat
