The Leadership Associate Program (LEAP) offers hands-on, target-based learning across the Group's Businesses. The focus of LEAP is to groom exceptional individuals for leadership roles in the Aditya Birla Group

Program Benefits
1The stints are challenging and expose participants to a variety of disciplines and business functions

2 Stint allocations are based on business goals and the participants' interests, strengths and development requirements, and provide exposure to a variety of businesses and functions

3 Post-training, participants take on strategic or operational roles at junior management levels across the Group's Businesses

4 The opportunity for role change and/or movement within the Group every 2 or 3 years is available

Eligibility
Students pursuing a full-time MBA from select business schools with 0 - 4 years of pre-MBA experience are eligible to apply for the LEAP program. We currently hire students from across the following
