As you wants to apply in Accenture you may have the Following qualifications :

Degree: BE/BTech (Any stream) / MCA
Eligibility score: Minimum 60% aggregate at BE/BTech or MCA level
Exception for Maharashtra region universities: 55% and above at BE/BTech or MCA level
Backlogs: No standing backlogs
Gap year: Maximum 1 year gap in education
Good pH score
Should be an Indian Citizen or Bhutan or Nepal Citizen. Bhutan or Nepal nationals need to submit a Citizenship certificate or a Govt ID Card. All other foreign nationals cannot apply for this position.

The recruitment procedure is consist of three rounds :

Aptitude test
Group Discussion
Interview

Here I am Sharing with you the Interview questions and Answer given by the slected candidates that are as follow:

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW:

HR: Hi xyz .. tell me about yourself
ME: told.

HR: what are all the languages u known...?
ME: C,C++, Java.

HR: Tell me about your projects.
ME: told confidently, Explained in each module with prototype, testing,
and what responsibility i have taken.

HR: Tell me some features in Java..?
ME: Told

HR: Why Java is platform independent..?
ME: I told.

HR: What are all the process are happened while you switch on your system.
ME: I explained from BOOTSTRAP process.

HR: Apart from your Academics what else you know.
ME: told

HR: ok xyz had a nice talk with you..

Again I was short listed in Technical interview.


PERSONAL INTERVIEW (HR):


HR: Hi XXXXX .. tell me about yourself
ME: told.

HR: Tell about ur family
ME: told.

HR: Tell me about any situation (Resolving Conflict) in your projects.
ME: told with conclusion

HR: what are all the core values of Accenture..??
ME: 1.Client value creation, 2.Best people, 3.Integrity, 4.Respect for Individual
5.One Global Network, 6.Stewardship.

HR: Again Tell about your family.
ME: I told differently.

HR: Why Accenture and what u know about Accenture..?
ME: I explained with "High Performance delivered",
Consulting, Technology, Outsourcing, Recent projects,
2,66,000 employee are working in 120 countries around the world..etc,

HR: In India Accenture how many branches are there.?
ME: 1.Chennai, 2.Bangalore, 3.Hydrabad, 4.Delhi, 5.Mumbai, 6.Pune, 7.Kolkotta
8.Noida, 9.Gurgaon.

HR: Sorry I am not giving the job to u what will u do..?
ME: Thank you sir. I never fed up myself and I had a really nice experience with you.
This is my first ever interview. i ll take all the things as positively.
Surely I would have been placed in Accenture Again. (With Smile and Confident)

HR: oh good and do u sign for 2 years of bond..?
ME: I told yes.

HR: What are all the locations would you like to prefer..???
ME: I told Bangalore, Chennai, Hydrabad.

HR: Any thing u want to ask with me..?
ME: what further i need to improve sir.?

HR: Hmm really good and just be relax and calm. you ll get a success in ur lyf.
ME: Thank you sir.

HR: Anything else..?
ME: Nothing sir.

HR: ok XXXXX had a good time with you..
