3 Years LLB Course Through Distance Mode

Hey there! ? I have done my B.Com with 37.4% marks. Now I want to do 3 years LLB course through distance mode. Am I eligible to get 3 years LLB course ???

I am sorry to say but you can’t apply for LLB. The reason for that is your marks, You secured 38% marks in bachelor degree but the minimum marks to apply for LLB is 40%.
Unfortunately you can’t apply for LLB course of 3 years.


The thing you must know is that LLB is not obtainable through distance education. As per the guidelines of the Bar Council of India, LLB can only be offered through regular mode. But there are some universities in India that offers law degree through distance education and that law degree offered through distance education is not valid as per Bar Council of India. You will not be allowed to practice in the court as lawyer with that degree. You can apply for distance education degree only to show off or perhaps work as legal advisor.

Eligibility

• A graduation degree course in any discipline.
• At least 45 percent marks in graduation course.
• SC/ST need minimum of 40 percent marks.
• Age limit for LLB is 30 years.
