Central Board of Secondary Education is a planning question paper reform in order to make these more application-based in a bid to discourage rote learning. Now the papers will mostly be application-based and not ask applicants to show derivation of formulas. For science and commerce subjects, too, formulas will be given on the question papers for students to attempt the numerical. The CBSE board offers well-structured syllabus and suitable question papers for all streams. The board evaluates students’ needs and includes suitable subjects. The board prepares specific syllabus for each subject and also provides suitable question papers to evaluate students’ knowledge in a through manner.
