Ethical Issues of Marketing in Tacloban City
Tacloban City Leyte Governor Carlos Jericho Petilla said they do not base in opposition to applications for excavation explorations in various Leyte towns that presently sits with the regional office of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau.
The demand however, the governor said, such activity would remain only as an “exploration” and not full “commercial mining”.
The latter, he said, would require to have the full consent and backup of individuals involved particularly the residents of the community.
