Objective: The subject Organizational Behavior aims at providing in-depth knowledge in Organizational Behavior to enhance the problem formulation in solving skills with a focus on human relations aspects.
Levels of understanding: Application of theories of management to practical management decisions. Formulating problems from situations and recommending effective solutions will be the focal point in understanding the subject. Ethical dilemma’s will be the corner stones in understanding the subject.
