About the CIMAT
The Coimbatore Institute of Management and Technology (CIMAT) were founded in 1996, by Kovai Kalaimagal Educational Trust, a familiar Charitable Trust in Coimbatore. The institute is authorized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) and is accredited by UGC under division 2f & 12b of UGC Act. The programmes are associated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. It is an ISO 9001:2000 certified institution. The institute purely furnishes post-graduate programmes in Business Administration (MBA) and in Computer Applications (MCA).
