Central Institute Of Brackishwater Aquaculture
Introduction
Brackishwater Aquaculture has been named by the Government of India as one of the high prospective field for compounding fish and shell fish production and also to accomplish maximum economic and social gains. Institution of an All India co-ordinate Project on Brackishwater Fish Farming by Indian assembly of Agricultural Research in early seventies modified the traditional activity of brackishwater aquaculture into a scientific capacity. Late eighties saw the emergence of commercial brackishwater aquaculture in the country.
Course Offered
It supplies evaluated subjects to them to flourish in commercial shrimp aquaculture and handling. Courses in brackish water aquaculture are guided every year as a part of the services. Students in Fisheries and Agriculture stream construct use of these courses.
