Brokerage Operations Manager
Our client needs an experienced Agency/Brokerage operations manager. Candidates can live in any of 4 states Ohio, Indiana, Pa, or Michigan so resettlement may not be needed for candidates living in those areas. Manage account managers and support staff for several product offices that support Employee gains lines. Responsible for establishing and asserting high levels of customer service for clients, sets service standards, educates and reduces Errors & Omissions exposure in the product line.
