Introduction
The Army Institute of Fashion & Design, Bangalore was established by the AWES in 2004. Fashion design is the applied art dedicated to the design of clothing and lifestyle accessories which generally mirror the cultural and social influences of that time. This includes all designs worn to create a statement about the individual or group of individuals. Army Institute of Fashion & Design (AIFD) is to make available an alternative technical education for children of Army personnel, serving and retired, so as to make them qualified Fashion Designers, This institute offer fashion education coupled with latest technologies related to textiles, garment, fashion & IT.

Eligibility

The applicant must be a 10+2/Equivalent examination in any combination with a minimum of 35% aggregate marks
PG course eligibility
The candidate should have passed any three year graduate degree from any recognized university and with minimum 40% marks in the aggregate
