Amrita School of Engineering was began in 2002 as “Amrita Institute of Technology & Science” with a sight to produce quality engineers with service posture for the benefit of the society and nation. Amrita University offers B.Tech. programmes in eight branches at the three Schools of Engineering situated at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore. Amrita School of Engineering, placed in Bangalore, is a leading college for technical education in the state of Karnataka. Amrita School of Engineering, associated to Amrita University, currently provides technical courses that have been sanctioned by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The institute boasts of having known lecturers in its faculty.
