Amrita School of Business(ASB), Coimbatore before cognized as Amrita Institute of Management, began in 1996 by the Mata Amritanandamayi Math is a component of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, which has developed as a vivacious, value based, inter-disciplinary multi-campus University. Amrita School of Business has been stressing the role of directors toward the bigger society as well as the environment, right from its origination. Amrita School of Business came in its second phase in 2009, with the establish of the MBA programme in three new campuses at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Kochi.

Eligibility
The candidates must hold a Bachelors Degree (10+2+3) from a recognized University in any discipline with at least 50% Marks in aggregate.
Selection process
Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in Entrance Test: CAT,MAT, with good score. Candidates short-listed on the basis of Entrance Test score will be called for Group Discussion and Interview for final selection.
